About Me
I am an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Toronto Metropolitan University. I received my PhD in Philosophy (advised by Mark Schroeder) from the University of Southern California in August 2016.
My primary research area is ethics, including metaethics, normative ethics, and moral psychology. I am especially fascinated by the question of how we ever come to know what is right or wrong, good or bad.
I also have serious interests in the philosophy of hope/despair as well as love. My work on love is presently supported by a 4-year SSHRC Insight Grant: The Nature and Ethics of Romantic Love
